Very nice employees
Food was inedible. Chicken strips were literally black. Ice cream was almost completely melted. Won’t be returning.
Brookings Zesto milkshakes are like thickened milk. I like the Watertown Zesto's milkshakes thickness that makes you work hard to get it up through the straw. Seems like Brookings Zesto doesn't put much ice cream in the shake.
I enjoy coming here often, and I think the menu choices are a good part of why. (actually, between everything shown on the cycling displays, I wish I had a physical menu to take my time looking at; it’s hard to remember what avalanche flavors I’ve tried already, OK?) I do miss the more cozy feel of the previous location further north many years ago, but I appreciate the very functional layout they have now. Throughly enjoyed our ice cream being thrown at us. Whoever is working the drive thru should learn some manners. She didn’t even give my husband a second to hand me anything before she was passing the next item, he dropped the napkins because of the pass off being so fast. Not a word out of her. The first item was covered in ice cream on the side and the next item was a bowl.
