My friend ordered for three of us. One of the salads was blatantly missing from the order despite the receipt indicating 3 separate orders. No refund on Deliveroo, and to top it off no one answers the phone. Website is down. No way to follow it up and we are missing a 15 dish. Lovely stuff.
Basic canteen style food. Some tweaks in service needed.
