We switched to Zest when my son was about 9 months old after hearing about it from my own Dr. I wish we would've known about them sooner! Dr. Mike/Zest has been such a refreshing change from traditional pediatrics. My prior pediatrician would barely provide any information between visits - if he answered messages, it would be brief and often skipping over questions. We switched to Zest Pediatrics last year and have been very happy. Dr. Mike is super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. It seems with kids something always comes up after normal office hours and it is nice to know he is available to answer questions and provide guidance with a simple text, call, or email. We switched from traditional pediatrics to Zest Pediatrics and we couldn’t be happier! Before Zest we would wait on hold forever just to make an appointment several months out and were then rushed through the actual appointment, unable to discuss any questions or concerns we had as first time parents. If our daughter was sent home sick from daycare we would have to wait days to get her in for a sick visit, having to take time off of work before she could be cleared to return to daycare.
