We recently worked with Jacob and his team at Zest Grout and Tile and this was our first experience with them. Great job on my shower. Very responsive. Good job in assessing the situation with photos and texts, phone discussion. You showed up when you said you would. When onsite, we made some tweaks to the job, which were perfect to address the concerns. You quickly left, got color matched grout, came back, and got it done. We have Saltillo tile on our back patio, around our pool and walkways through the gardenia and rose gardens. It hadn’t been taken care of and looked awful. Jacob viewed it and gave us a multi-option proposal. We knew he was treating our job as if it was his home. Fabulous result. Will continue maintenance to keep it looking great for years to come.
Had 300 ft + of porcelain floor tiles cleaned by Jacob. He recommended the grout seal and I'm very pleased he did. Worked quickly and did a superb job. Highly recommend.
