Chealza helped me pick out the perfect themed balloons and even suggested great matching accessories. The store, now in a new location , still in the same plaza, thanks, is well-organized, with nice and quality products . All the staff is incredibly friendly and customer service oriented. I had placed an order earlier this week and spoke to a younger lady on the phone. I had even given her my credit card information. Just for me to go pick up the order and apparently nobody has any idea about my order and have no idea which employee I had given my credit card information to. The young lady that I had spoken to about picking up my order and who I placed my order with is now saying that she has no recollection when i had just spoken to her on the phone. Best customer service! We called ahead regarding gender reveal confetti poppers. The staff there were helpful and efficient. My wife and I didn't want to know the gender ahead of time so they were detailed orientated enough to override the receipt item so it didn't spoil the gender results. Would come back again
