kelvin grove is a very nice suburb, but as ex ZEST U903 4 years tenant, I seriously suggest, Dont rent! 1. room are extremly small, 2. you cannot select the NBN provider by cost, the building locked with one very small retailer, no options for you, 3. the summer sunshine is extremely hot, you have to 100% depend on airconditioner for most of year so electricity bill? 4. all funiture are very bad quality, you will see if you inpsect 5. perticularly, when you renew, the agent( isaleproperty) will force you to sign a lease that... read more
