Honest folks. Called them out to pump a tank. They showed up on time. I showed them the tank access and a few minutes later was informed that it didn’t need to be pumped. The poo-poo-pee-pee pumper technician showed me the results of the inspection probe which showed a very thin layer of solids and he suggested that it did not need to be pumped. We briefly discussed the condition of the system and he left me with an invoice. $100 to drive out to our place and inspect the tank and the sediment levels is absolutely ridiculous!... read more
I wasn't around when they came, but I will pass along what my wife said. She said the guy who came was very clean-cut, professional, and nice. She felt very comfortable with him and was very satisfied with his professionalism. And the price seemed reasonable to me, although I have no idea what a service like this typically costs. I sure wouldn't want to do this job for that price.
Great service and very pleasant to work with. They were fast and helped me out when I had a septic emergency. I would recommend them to anyone.
