I will actually throw up if I heard the name “Dominique Zervas” again. The lady is truly incompetent.
I think I was actually Dominique's first client when I had to file a "Fraud in the Inducement" suit against a man who's home I back in 2005. Not only did she knock it out of the park for me and of course help me win my case, I found her to be very personable, very professional, and very responsive to all my questions. We all know the clichee of a lawyer of being heartless and removed from any form of empathy. This lawyer tops it all. Her behavior appeared robotic and void of any sort of human notion. And the sole intention of her letters was to instill fear without any legal basis or ethical consideration. I am having goose bumps as I am writing this.
