I would not recommend this product. It takes hours to refill as the filter is incredibly slow on top of this the filter continually clogged requiring you to remove it shake it and put it back. It’s a big hassle! The water qualities is great and the built-in meter is nifty, but not enough to overcome the big negative

This company seems to have nothing but defective filters now or just a faulty concept because anytime we use a new filter, it stops flowing. The company acknowledges that this happens and has suggested squeezing the filter to relieve blockages to flow caused by air bubble, etc. At this point, we always have to do this with a new filter as they stop working early on even before reading above 006 PPM on the included TDS meter. ZERO TECHNOLOGIES LLC is definitely the best company that supplies zero water filters. For well filtered water.

Mind blowing service. No difficulties, problem solved, and service was totally above and beyond. I wanted to replace the spigot parts on my pitcher, they took my information, I offered to pay, and they said, "Not necessary, we got you this time, Merry Christmas, the parts are on the way." I thought they were sending new parts but 5 days later, a new pitcher complete with filter shows up at my door. I am both happy to have a working unit again and impressed by customer service. Monday, 07/17/2023 9:00 am PDT I wanted to get this "5 Star" review for ZeroWater Technologies LLC out as soon as possible. I purchased a ZeroWater 30 Cup Dispenser about one and one half (1 1/2 years) ago. The spigot's internal mechanism broke.
