Stay away from this provider! We purchased an 8-pack of ZeroWater filters from Zero Water Netherlands and received nothing but trash. Initially, black water poured out of the filters. But when we complained, it got even more audacious: The replacement delivery was not new merchandise, but obviously the same faulty batch! The filters had simply been rinsed with water (they arrived soaking wet!) and were just re-vacuum-packed. All 8 filters are completely useless and defective. Definitely one of the best water filters on the market. we catch & filter rain water which has a very low ppm TDS reading, so the filters last 7 times longer than filtering local tap-water. Don't complain about the filter if your local water is toxic. the filter does it's job no matter how many contaminants it has to deal with. my only gripe is the new 2.7ltr tap placement, too close under the handle.. it's a trap!

Sorry to shatter the Zero-illusions but this is all a scam, a charade and a misleading fraud. Having bought the filter system and cartridges, it worked well for a few months. Then the cartridges started failing. I have called the ‘helpline’ twice… both ladies that answered sounded like AI robots…they might well be - long pauses before answers, not really listening to my concerns. I would not recommend this product. It takes hours to refill as the filter is incredibly slow on top of this the filter continually clogged requiring you to remove it shake it and put it back. It’s a big hassle! The water qualities is great and the built-in meter is nifty, but not enough to overcome the big negative

This company seems to have nothing but defective filters now or just a faulty concept because anytime we use a new filter, it stops flowing. The company acknowledges that this happens and has suggested squeezing the filter to relieve blockages to flow caused by air bubble, etc. At this point, we always have to do this with a new filter as they stop working early on even before reading above 006 PPM on the included TDS meter.
