I call them seeking information. I explained my problem with my zero turn pump. He instructed me to how to troubleshoot it and how to set it. If it didn’t work then, I could ship it to him for repair. Much cheaper than purchasing a new one. I followed his instructions and was successful. Many thanks to you. I called Zero Turn Man from Fort Worth Texas and I could tell he was very busy at the time, but he took all the time I needed to help me diagnose the problem that I was having with my mower. When I called the John Deere shops, all they would say is that I needed to bring the mower in to them so they could diagnose the problem. John Deere was no help at all. It is good to see that there are still some business out there that are run by people with integrity. Five Stars for Zero Turn Man.
