My husband and I used ZeroRez once or twice prior to this past scheduled visit and we loved the company! They’ve always been prompt, polite and did a great job on our carpets. This time around ruined our past experience(s). With a new baby on the way and company coming this week we scheduled to have our carpets cleaned and protected in preparation. Greg, the owner/ operator, did a fantastic job getting my carpets looking great again. Treating my home with the greatest respect. Thank you Greg very much for all your efforts.
I am very disappointed. When I contacted the company, I spoke to a man who made it seem like he was the owner and he could be at my house at 2pm today. Then I receive an email with a window of 2-4pm. He arrived at at 3:30/3:45. Then he wanted $140 over the quoted price to clean my mothers hardwood floors. My mother’s home is a 2 bedroom, kitchen, living/dining combo and he charged for 5 rooms when it should have been 4.
