The best cleaning carpet service, I have ever had. carpet looks like new & is over 13 yrs. old. Kyle was professional & most important Straight forward & explained the different services. I will recommend Kyle for any & all his services.
Such a great experience. The owner took his time and gave me honest feedback about all my carpets and chairs before he did any work. He didn’t just promise results, he walked me through the process and gave me confidence in his abilities. Will use again!
Kyle Shennum from Zerorez San Antonio is the BEST carpet cleaner I’ve had in years. He is the best I’ve found in New Braunfels. So polite, professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. He was punctual and showed me a section of “before and after”…I was amazed. Mainly because I’ve had my carpets done within the last year. I won’t use anyone else but Zerorez San Antonio/Kyle Shennum again!
Thank you for cleaning the carpets. I honestly did not think my carpets would look this clean!! I thought you were going to say … best to buy new carpets!! You got rid of the pet smell. Thank you for your professionalism!!
