Terrence was our technician. He did a fantastic job on our carpet cleaning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took very good care of our carpets. There was a small issue with the invoice. They charged for a master walk in closet cleaning that was not performed. Please check your invoices.

Paid $450 for a sectional & a room with a hallway with stairs. Carpet looked good but the sectional and ottoman didn’t really look like what I paid for. Then charged a percentage for using a card total $473 a little pricey for it to not bring out general stains
