Branden our carpet cleaner did a great job in cleaning our family room carpet. He pretreated snd thoroughly cleaned and also spiked the protective coat. Very satisfied with his work.
Horrible. Made an appt for 2 p.m. 5 days in advance On the day of the appt they called the resident to change the appt to 11a.m. Which is ridiculous as there was prior scheduling to move furniture out and then bomb the property. Totally inconsiderate unapologetic completely unprofessional. When I called to get the situation straightened out I was told they don't even service palm springs , which is a lie. From the moment he arrived, he explained the process clearly and made sure to address every concern. The carpets look brand new; fresh, soft, and spotless.
