I’m disappointed with my experience with Zerorez today. I had a scheduled appointment within a specific timeframe, and about an hour and a half into that window, I received a call canceling the service. I completely understand that things happen—emergencies and scheduling issues are part of any business. However, what stood out most was the lack of empathy during the call. Jesse did a wonderful shampoo job on my move - out. The rug is clean and smells nice. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable, efficient. I will be using this service again when I get my new apartment. Thank You
I have used Zerorez twice for move outs and have been very pleased by their punctuality, friendliness, professionalism and time-efficiency. Both young men who completed the carpet cleaning services were respectful and highly knowledgeable of their products. Will use them again for any future needs.
