Very pleased with my service today in Durham. Nick was great. Got right to it efficiently. Zerorez has a great system.
Stains were still visible after technician left. The fumes from the cleaning solution caused throat irritation and nasal congestion.
Stacy explained the process well and spent a lot of time on cleaning and spot removal. The finished product looks good and I am pleased! He also will come back if I call him with any issues of stains coming back, etc !
I was very pleased with the service we received today and extremely happy with the price. Jonathan, our technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning.
Giving two stars because the service was easy to book and they showed up as promised. However, the service was lackluster. The center of the rooms look great, but the tech didn't hit the corners or the edges. When my husband asked about that he was told it was "extra". That service was included in our last cleaning by another vendor. Also, charged extra for the closet. Had I known that I would have booked the 3-room special which would have been cheaper. Will not use again.
