Tom Temple was on time, knowledgeable and did a great job protecting my hardwood floors before getting started. I am very happy with the work performed. Competency is such a rare commodity these days. I made last minute changes to the work to be performed (twice!) and each time I was met with understanding and professionalism. Give this company a try. I’m glad I did.

Tom, our experienced technician arrived very timely. He is very cordial and pleasant. He reviewed what we needed cleaned (sofa, love seat, coordinated decorative pillows). He explained the complete process and how he'd go about it. He did a very thorough job and then explained to us about the drying time. All very important and precise details.
