I give it a one star only because they came out to try to clean my couch and carpet. I am very disappointed that I had to clean it myself after them when they could not get the stain out. I got the stain out myself. I called them back to see if they can come Back and try to get the stain out but did not come back. They could have communicated and said what day for sure. I’m updating this review following the response from the company. Yes, emotions were high during our phone call—but only because I was being blatantly disrespected by someone claiming to be the co-owner of the West Texas branch. He laughed while I was speaking, talked over me, and was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional throughout the conversation.
