Was texted a time of carpet cleaning so took off work to be home for cleaning between 3:30 and 5:30. Company Called at 3 o clock and was informed guy was running late and would be here around 5 or shortly after. I called at 5:45 and was informed it would be another 45 minutes before he was finished with the job he was on. So now 6:30ish. Punctuality is important when you’re waiting for service. However when the tech got here he was very professional and apologized for being late.

Called and scheduled an appointment a week in advance asked if they could come before 4pm because husband works nights, they stated they would. Appointment day I called to verify time and they said 4-6pm. Explained why we needed before 4 and they seemed like they could care less. Will NEVER use them or recommend them.

Called for the $99 special… 3 rooms plus one free. I wanted to add a hallway and 12 stairs with a landing and was quoted $246!!!! What a scam!

Professional, punctual and my carpet was not hard and crispy when they left. I do wish they use a fragrance when cleaning. I just sprayed febreeze while the carpet was wet so when it dried it would have a freshly washed smell. Most importantly, my carpet was clean

Called 3 different times and both quotes were different (both outrageous) and another nobody answered. Let down because the zeroez in Collin county has much better service.
