Tried to schedule with them 3 different times. Tom had an excuse every time I talked to him. If you want to waste your time with them go ahead.
My daughter was moving into her very first home and I had a last minute idea to have all of her carpets cleaned as a house warming gift. Despite being extremely busy and having some vehicle issues Tom acknowledged they would be able to get it done in time. I should’ve said no thanks but hindsight is 20/20. Just to be clear, I can't give a review on their service, I never got it. This is about their customer service. I was shopping around looking at quotes online and never finalized the appointment with them. A few days later, I get an email confirmation. I called in to cancel right away and the guy I spoke to, I never got a name, told me he finalized it because I got to the end of the request and never did.
