My daughter was moving into her very first home and I had a last minute idea to have all of her carpets cleaned as a house warming gift. Despite being extremely busy and having some vehicle issues Zerorez Tom and Jason made my wish come true before move in date! Thank you for going above and beyond to make my wish a reality. The floors looked brighter and smelled very fresh! Thank you !!!!!
Just to be clear, I can't give a review on their service, I never got it. This is about their customer service. I was shopping around looking at quotes online and never finalized the appointment with them. A few days later, I get an email confirmation. I called in to cancel right away and the guy I spoke to, I never got a name, told me he finalized it because I got to the end of the request and never did. I clarified that it was intentional because I don't know if I'll even be around on the service day and I'm still shopping... read more
