Zerorez cleaned our office carpets. It's an old low pile commercial grade carpet that is at least 20 years old. I didn't have much hope they would look better; I just wanted them clean. Zerorez recommended a restoration instead of a regular steam clean. I was skeptical but tried it. The carpets look better than they have in 10 years. The deodorizer was a pleasant smell while they dried. The cost was a bit more for the restoration but it was absolutely worth it. I'm going to use them for my carpets at home.
They cancelled on me an hour after the appointment was supposed to start due to the job before us being too greasy. I spent hours vacuuming and moving furniture and prepping for this cleaning. While I understand the reason for canceling, both the supervisor who called me and the manager who I spoke to both cut me off when I was trying to explain my frustrations and then proceeded to say they won't work with me.
