Beware! Inexperienced technicians, horrible customer service, and unnecessary services added to upcharge the client. We scheduled an appointment with Zerorez located in Carlton to clean the carpet and hardwood floors in our newly purchased home. The home was completely empty, no furnishings or obstructions. My husband, three kids and I waited in an empty home for over 3 hours for the tech to arrive.
