The team arrived during the advised window. Walked the house with me to confirm all areas I wanted cleaned and worked quickly and thoroughly. The carpet and rugs look brand new! Everyone was very helpful and professional. I will be a repeat customer.
Called to say they were 20 mins away from their window and the. Didn’t show up. Called the office who called us back 45 mins later to say they had broken down and had no cell service to call… I don’t know any area in a 20 minute radius of my house that has no cell service. Totally unprofessional. We spent all morning moving our furniture for no service. Would never recommend.
