Connor was amazing!!! Great service !!
Connor was very nice and explained the process. He called before coming and said he would b there in 25 minutes and was here exactly 25 minutes later. All in all it was a great experience and Connor was a great technician. I would definitely use the service again.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure there were no surprises. The carpets were in pretty rough shape before, but after Chris finished, they looked 100% better—like a brand new floor!
