My couch looks brand new!
We had ZeroRez clean our sectional and ottoman, and I was really impressed with the experience. Our couch is several years old and has been through cats and lots of everyday life, so I wasn’t expecting miracles—just hoping to freshen it up before hosting guests. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently, finishing everything in about an hour. I called to move my appointment 48 hours in advance. The customer service rep said oh yeah the Louisville office is closed this week anyway, sorry we forgot to call you. What?! Said the next availability is 3 weeks out. Lots of carpet cleaning companies out there… steer clear of this one.
