The technician was so friendly and amazing. He went above and beyond to make our couch look like new! Highly recommend Zerorez!
Chris was prompt, knowledgeable and explained the process well! My husband is responsible for 99 percent of the many spills on our carpets but uses stain removers that clean pretty well but leave a residue which attracts dirt. I have asked him not to juggle food, red wine and coffee but alas, he is not great at listening to me....the boss lady!
I made an appointment to have my stairs cleaned and they quoted me $109 for 13 stairs and a landing. The day of my appointment they called and said they needed to reschedule because three of their vans broke down. A little annoying since I planned my whole day around their window but I rescheduled my appointment. When they finished the work, they gave me a price of $134. I said that wasn’t what they quoted me.
