We are new to the area and needed carpets cleaned. I looked online and saw the reviews for Zerorez and they were great so I called and got an appointment really quickly. Earnest came out to our home and he was so informative and so knowledgeable. He put a lot of care in his work and had such a positive attitude, I appreciated that tremendously. We are so happy with the results and we would absolutely recommend others to use Zerorez.
I had my carpets cleaned today by Zerorez in Knoxville and my specialist was Cody. He was very polite, professional and explained everything clearly. He even used a black light to show me spots where my son‘s dog had had accidents which I never would’ve noticed otherwise. Because of that, I decided to add the pet treatment and I’m so glad I did.
