Do not recommend! They make promises that they cannot keep. I chose this company for the sole fact that they had a satisfaction guarantee. I paid for the couch to be cleaned and added an additional deodorizing/sanitizing treatment. The couch smelled fine prior to the cleaning, but I wanted it sanitized (why does the cleaning itself not sanitize???). This was a $430 service. Don't waste your money. They will give you a quote and then charge you another$50-100. The carpet just looks wet, not clean. It's basically just like renting a rug cleaner at the supermarket. So save yourself a few hundred dollars and rent a cleaner.
Luis was super professional and made sure the carpet was cleaned to my standards. This is my second time using them and each time the person who came to clean was amazing!
Failed to follow up with the time they told me they would come to my house to clean my carpet. I called two weeks ahead to plan this and then they give me less than a 24hr notice to switch my appointment to a different day and then I accepted to switch it and then they didn’t show up at 10:30am.
Grwat job done very happy with the carpets and being so flexible!
