Great service by technician but they overshot arrival window by 2 hours resulting in job finishing at 9:30pm.
Our tech was so incredibly thorough and genuinely cared about the quality of the work she was doing. Very friendly too.
Johnathan was our Tech. Called to say when he would arrive. Went through the cleaning procedure. Very professional. Left 3 fans running while he finished up. Which was great to get a good start on carpet drying. Very pleased with the results of the carpets. I would highly recommend Johnathan, he was fantastic. Thank You
