Josh was able to come right away and was extremely knowledgeable about what it would entail to clean my carpeting. He was able to help me decide what course of action would be the best to take and I am very happy with the results. I would certainly recommend Zerorez to anyone as, not only were they prompt, the price was reasonable. The whole transaction was pleasant and successful.
Fast, thorough and inexpensive!
Not overly pleased. I phoned this company as they had high ratings and looking for professional advice and service. The technician should have advised me to not proceed, but cleaned the carpet knowing that it would do nothing. Up charged for extra something, not entirely sure but had to tear the carpet out in any case. Possibly the technician had little experience and could not advise me properly, and that’s the point… we trust companies to offer more that just a service, we want experience and professional advice.
