Wish I could give ZERO stars. No real point in explaining what happened bc I know this company doesn't care. But for other people's sake to help avoid this company: long story short, their tech went to the wrong house (lacking attention to detail!) and when I called, they said they didn't have time to come back today! So instead, I called CITRUSOLUTION and got a same day appointment at a very fair price. You lost a repeat customer today, ZeroRez, bc I'll never bother with y'all again.
How can the same company give three different price quotes from three different people for the same areas? Ridiculous!
Poor quality on cleaning area rug job was ran through. they knowing I wasn’t home guess it felt good to do a quick job.
Rep told me availability was between 3-6 I told them I need them there at 4pm… the next day rep called said people canceled can he come early I said nobody home can he come at 4 he said yes.. rep canceled my appointment and stop answering the phone… I needed this done due to a important meeting…just bad communication bad service.
