I wish I could leave ZERO Stars. Today, Zerorez lost a repeat customer. I scheduled Zerorez to come out today using their advertised special for 3 rooms plus free hallway for $109. When the technician, J****, got here he inspected the areas and gave us a upsell quote of almost $900. We told him that we only wanted the special.
