We had a terrible experience with Zerorez. We had them come clean some carpet in a house we were about to move into. They asked me to sign a zerorez challenge before they began (not explaining that if we weren’t happy with the results, they would not be responsible to come back). They told me, over the phone, that the carpet was in good condition with a few spots that had heavy traffic. I wish I could leave ZERO Stars. Today, Zerorez lost a repeat customer. I scheduled Zerorez to come out today using their advertised special for 3 rooms plus free hallway for $109. When the technician, J****, got here he inspected the areas and gave us a upsell quote of almost $900. We told him that we only wanted the special. There was some back and forth discussion about the service. This man said ok and started bringing the equipment into the house and was setting up to begin.
