Rep told me availability was between 3-6 I told them I need them there at 4pm… the next day rep called said people canceled can he come early I said nobody home can he come at 4 he said yes.. rep canceled my appointment and stop answering the phone… I needed this done due to a important meeting…just bad communication bad service.
Cameron Finley came out the same day I called to clean carpets of an entire home before moving in and he was a phenomenal technician. He did a great job and was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Zerorez and this particular technician!!
0/5 stars. TERRIBLE! I basically paid hundreds of dollars for someone to wet my stuff and leave. It's still dirty!! They change the pricing on you and ended up almost being double what I was quoted. Mind you my carpet and couch are only 1 year old. The person that I booked with did not tell me that they did not accept American Express for payment. The Worst Experience. Was quoted $315 on the phone. Gets to the house and states that quote was wrong on the phone, and one room is bigger thus the need to add extra. No big. Charges me $400. There is no mathematical sense to this. Does use tape measure. Just eyes it and sets price at what he sees fit. Call zerorez and they give me the run around, "Oh she's out of office" "You can email him". This is your classic bait and switch company. Offers the lowest then proceeds to charge you higher.
