The young man was very nice and stayed until stains were removed
I had Zeroez of The North Bay clean my carpets and was told they would dry very fast and would stay cleaner longer. Not only did they not dry fast as promised, they were very wet for several days, and they became dirty again in a very short period of time. The worst part was that I have called and called to get some satisfaction from the company, and I have been totally ignored.
