3/21/2021 Zerorez is a great carpet cleaning company. The difference from others is that Zerorez is a better clean with no residue soap which makes a brighter clean for the carpets and upholstery. The carpets stay cleaner longer because there is no residue from soap of other companies that attract dirt. The service is fantastic! We love Josh every time he cleans our carpets. They are prompt and safe to our home. It's an affordable service and I wouldn't choose any other carpet cleaning company then Zerorez! A+++
Josh does a great job! Reliable, communicates well, no chemicals in their cleaning solution and it works really well.
Very pleased with the results from Zerorez! My carpets look amazing! Their process is very thorough and Josh had me do check-ins along the way. He was friendly and you can tell he cares about doing a great job. I would highly recommend their services!!!
Very helpful in removing pet stains. Person who helped - Joshua was very helpful in explaining treatments. This company is more expensive than others in the Grand Rapids area but perhaps, better stain removal techniques.
