Very pleased with the results from Zerorez! My carpets look amazing! Their process is very thorough and Josh had me do check-ins along the way. He was friendly and you can tell he cares about doing a great job. I would highly recommend their services!!!
Very helpful in removing pet stains. Person who helped - Joshua was very helpful in explaining treatments. This company is more expensive than others in the Grand Rapids area but perhaps, better stain removal techniques.
Very clean and odor free and scotch guarded BUT I was quoted $291.98 but charged $579.98. That’s almost $200 more! I know I asked for a quote with odor ban and scotch guard so that is way too high. We did not have any furniture on the carpet so easy for cleaning
