Excellent explanation. The technician who came to our home was professional and respectful of the house and our furniture. He did a very good job of cleaning the carpet. They use a special water solution without soap. Our carpet look good and clean. I would hire the group to clean our carpets again.
I thought a little pricey but definitely WORTH the money as your carpet will be FAR CLEANER than u thought u could get it if it was as dirty as where I move into. The people had a lot of children apparently, and the landlord gave me a discount on my rent to have it cleaned myself. But, they actually paid for it and I'm SO glad they did!

Livingston is the best - always friendly, helpful, and highly effective in carpet cleaning! He gets the job done excellently - he is efficient, always careful with your home, cleans the carpet very thoroughly, and is reasonable in pricing. If the carpet can be cleaned, Livingston can do it! I recommend him without reservation!
