Roy arrived on time and did a great job/mold issue resolved. I asked him to come by a week after treatment to test and he was very happy to do it. All readings were great!
Zero Mold is an incredible company. Roy was a pleasure to work with and he made it a priority to get our issue assessed quickly, and was very accommodating to my schedule. We had mold in our A/C system during the hot climate. He inspected the issue and was able to give a thorough explanation of the causes, problems and all the steps we needed to take to get it fixed. I ended up needing to cancel my appointment with Zero Mold, but Brittany was delightful to work with and was very accommodating over the phone!
Roy from ZeroMold is awesome. He is honest and professional. He helped me twice with diagnostic of potential mold issue. He was very honest and not trying to pushing for any not needed sales. He is also very responsive to my questions post-service. I highly recommend Roy.
Roy and his team of pros were fast, efficient, and courteous in determining the source of my issue(s), treating them, and explaining the process w words, pictures, and documentation. Britney set the appointment and she's a gem and so easy to reach. This company knows what they are doing and I cannot recommend their work enough.
