Roy was very easy to work with. He was professional, communicated clearly, and was thorough in his explanation of mold remediation.
I want to thank and recommend Mr. Roy Thomas who came to my home to assess mold conditions after a flood. He came promptly after my call, made an informed investigation of the mold situation in my house and its likely cause, recommended safeguards I can adopt to prevent further problems, made caring suggestions about how to protect myself while the current situation exists, and sent his inspection report and repair estimate the next day. Good experience all around.

ZeroMold is an outstanding company, incl Roy Thomas III as the manager of the northern VA area. I highly recommend this company for mold remediation/removal. Roy was the only agent who came to my home with more than a moisture control device. He had an IAQ hand held device to measure airborne particle levels in both the affected area and entire home.
