The Zerodraft team helped our resident association secure a $100,000+ energy grant for a complex multifamily project, navigating some complex project issues pertaining to our antiquated HVAC system. Their work included on-site energy audit, energy bill benchmarking, budget and grant analysis, and supporting engineering calculations. They were responsive and pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend them to other nonprofits or developers looking for a knowledgeable partner in the energy efficiency grants space.
