RecommendedI thought I'd offer my 2 cents after being there for 4 years. I felt that ZZR really took care of me. Right after being hired they cut temp hours to 3 days a week. I told the Supply Chain Manager that I would have to quit because I couldn't afford that. She pulled strings and soon I was painting offices to work 40 hours. The old Production Manager also took care of me. Told him I didn't qualify for an apartment because I didn't make 3x rent. He gave me some expectations and $2 an hour more. Bought two new cases from them three years ago and every hinge hangs open, they sold me one with non-adjustable hinges. With the one year warranty over I was told I'd need to pay out of pocket $600 and do extra work to retrofit the new style hinges. Do I trust those new hinges when their last ones had a 100% failure rate after THREE YEARS? This thing is destined for a dumpster and it's barely paid off. They only have a 1 year warranty for a reason.
