Going to Zero Point has been a lovely, healing experience for me in my yoga practice. The wisdom shared from the practitioners about the body, movement and positions then connecting to holding space for what 'is' in the mind and emotion; this is why I love Zero Point. This studio facilitates more than just yoga classes; here there is an invitation to be in the present with your body and let go of everything outside of the room with a gentle holding and light humour. A beautiful space with truly authentic teachers. Bec’s classes are a tonic for the soul and the the sound bath on Sundays is by far the best way to end/start a week.
