I had a very disappointing experience with Zero Limits Carpet Cleaning. I hired them specifically for my move-out carpet cleaning. After completing the job, they told me the carpet looked good and that everything was fine. However, after I moved out, they came back for the apartment inspection and informed the leasing office that the carpet had stains and needed to be replaced. Zero Limits was amazing! I had my carpets cleaned in two bedrooms and 2 areas rugs. They were very nice, gave me a good deal and finished quickly. Very impressed with this company :) Will absolutely be using them again for any future cleanings and I highly recommend them!

Troy, Greg, and the rest of their team really know how to clean up with zero limits (pun intended)! I manage a multifamily complex in Scottsdale that has plumbing challenges, and I would not be able to do it without these guys. It doesn't matter what time we have an emergency; we can rely on them to arrive promptly, minimize moisture exposure and damage, and keep our residents comfortable in the process. Their customer service and response time is truly a cut above the rest, 10 out of 10!
