Very Misleading and Possibly Intentionally Confusing Experience: I called ahead before visiting to verify both the type of game (PvP) and the pricing. The person on the phone assured me multiple times that they offered a 50-minute option. I said “fifty minutes” several times during the conversation, and each time he confirmed it without hesitation. Purchased tickets. Got to Airtopia and had to wait in line to check in. At that point it wasn't a big deal. We were told to wait on the side and that someone would come out and get us. We waited 20 minutes after our slotted time. When we asked management how long, we were told we had to wait until head sets were available. Why did we purchase time slots if it doesn’t work that way. Not going back.

The game itself was great. Fun, challenging, and a great activity with family. The employee that helped us, Robo, had an attitude and was being rude when he was the one who did not provide clear instructions. Otherwise I would do it again.
