We installed two back up batteries in our home. Two inverters, upgrading electrical panel, permitting and installation were handled by ZeroGrid. The team did an excellent job and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. We had many questions before and after installation which were promptly and patiently answered. The Tesla app has been problematic at times and ZeroGrid has interfaced with Tesla and stayed with problems until resolved. They communicate promptly and clearly.
