My boyfriend and I enjoyed our experience, we got the 1 hour massages off of Groupon. You can mess with the control pad to also switch the functions and massage type. We were both relaxed and sleepy when we got done. It is kind of in a super random location (an office building) and I agree with the review that said they needed better signage, they definitely should at least have something outside the building. Overall we enjoyed it though!

The experience was nice a good surprise date night ideal. Customer service great. Will consider visiting a different location This Louisville location had no signage. The camera position in the room made it hard to relax. While we understand the reason for the cameras we would suggest placing them in a different area of the room.
Not at all what I expected or wanted. Just go to the mall and get a massage from a chair. It would probably be just the same. This machine didn’t massage the legs or arms, just squeezed them to cut off circulation. EXTREMELY disappointed and do NOT recommend. I will not book another session.
First time & definitely not the last. Relaxing environment & easy to set up/book. Worth it!
