I had a really great experience in this massage chair. For anyone who wants or needs a massage but may not necessarily want a human to do it, this is it. The process was really easy- you go to the location at Lash, Wax & Relax and call the phone number they text you. Over the phone they let you in and explain how to use the touch screen to operate the massage chair. Bonus, it's fully adjustable to your height.
