Great experience! The video walks you through the set up process and it's very simple and everything about it was great. We loved it! I fell asleep about halfway through because it was so relaxing. Will be going back for sure.

Easy scheduling - really great on back and feet.
From walking in to this office where the door opens for you, you hear the ocean and the lights tuned down was beautiful. Getting into the chairs with my partner was easy with the video directions on how to use the chair was simply. 30 mins in he was asleep, lol, I have to say this is better than physically better than a 💆 masseuse, cause your getting squeezed and rubbed at the same time. Just loved it, i wanna go back again and buy this for everyone! Great gift!!
