I'd heard mixed stories. Some people said they loved it, others said it made them panic. After my first day, I have to say I'm a member of the first group. I have major depression disorder as well as severe generalized anxiety disorder. While my first session was mostly spent on me figuring out how to get comfortable and let go, once I relaxed, I relaaaaxed. My constantly chattering mind was distant, and my anxiety went away like a breath of fresh air. Soooooooo, make like Shia LaBeouf or Nike and, "DO IT!"
Wonderful staff with comfortable fire fly atmosphere. Floating does wonders for my sleep.
I went in today for my first but definitely not my last time today. The staff at ZG are some of the most amazing people I've ever met! Thank you for helping me so much and hope to be back soon!
The staff is great and I enjoyed the float tank. It was an experience like nothing I've ever experienced before. I feel very relaxed and recommend this to anyone looking for a way to release tension and relax.
My boss gave a gift certificate to go "float", while I was skeptical at first it was very relaxing - I would recommend it to anyone that is suffering from pain and tired of taking medication.
I was so nervous to try this, but it was amazing. The gal that helped us (Jess I believe?) was very sweet and polite. She explained it all before we started and made sure I was comfortable. The float itself was very relaxing. I have multiple health conditions and felt quite a bit better when we left. We also tried the oxygen bar afterwards which was equally as nice. I highly recommend Zero gravity.
On March 5th I was in a pretty nasty ski accident when I was clipped from behind. Though I had my helmet on, I suffered a nasty concussion. Nothing helped with the pain except floating. I was a serious skeptic, but the pain was SO bad, I was willing to try anything. I was amazed at how fast and well it worked! Within 10 minutes of starting my float, my head stopped hurting and the relief lasted for a couple days! I firmly believe floating was a key factor in how quickly my head healed.
