Horrible. Stay away from Davide Picard and Zero Energy LLC. They did a major remodel for me. The solar took 18 months to install after 7+ failed inspections. They billed me for items they did not install, such as $4,800 for solar batteries that failed inspection and they removed. Mr. Picard is threatening to send the bill to a collection agency, a bill for something they didn't install. He bid my remodel job with a 15% contractor fee, which is high, but then he started charging me a 25% contractor fee, which is outrageous... read more
