Brad came to replace our old pool fence hinges at very short notice and was so easy to work with. We were expecting it to be an expensive exercise, but after some slight adjusting and a fair amount of WD40, job was done. I agree with everyone else who has left a review, this company are stand-outs with regard to service. I sent my initial email (about my pool gate not working) on a Saturday afternoon and didn't expect any response until at least the next Monday, but Brad responded immediately and we kept conversing. He really thought about our problem, gave me a few good solution options and made the effort to go out of his way to come out to see us and had the gate completely fixed by Wednesday lunchtime!
