I had the rudest experience of customer service in my life talking to Neil. Made the mistake of asking if he could install 'central air conditioning' in our house (as that's how my family has refers to it) and got a lecture about it being called ducted air conditioning in Australia. Said he doesn't install in residential (the website lists he does, so is he lying?) and then said he can't recommend anyone because no one in Toowoomba does a good job. Horrible tone and attitude.
