Niel from Zero came out to replace 2 air conditioners for us today. I had rung over the Christmas period and despite being on holidays Niel had checked in to make sure it was nothing urgent. First time Niel came to assess the problem he also placed a door back the hinge it had come off. He was a delight to have working here. Courteous, informative, efficient. And all done with a smile. We could not be more happy with the service Niel provided. And the conditioners are working beautifully. Thankyou
