Zern's used to be great now many spots are empty and one of my favorite vendors with a large spot told me today they are jacking the rent up again! Doesn't management realize more empty spots less of the public shows up until nothing is left, find some brains and use them Zern's management before it's too late!
This place really went down hill over the years. The owners treat the vendors really poorly, It's a great place to show and great stores and all just run by very unprofessional people.
