Found one of their signs on a local building that seemed to have open space & missing tenants. Checked the website and they had a few listing that seemed promising. Called. A very rude lady answered the phone. She yelled the website is WRONG and they have NO space anywhere. Said her "baby boy" will call us back if he thinks he can find a spot but told us "we should just stop looking" and hung up. Obviously we went with a more professional broker and closed a nice 5 yr lease.

I reached out to Marie Zere over a call about a listing she had Published online which she had no clue about, and it was a total waste of time at the end of the call. She told me that the listing didn't mean anything as far as availability for the lease and it’s very hard to find any space out here, I had to wait for her son Michael to get back to me in order to know if their published available listing is available or not.
