My Mom went to an appointment with Dr Zeranski today, he was nothing but rude. She needed her toe looked at, and as the nail appears infected and loose she didn’t want to aggravate it by scraping off gel polish, he talked to her like she was stupid for leaving it on and for getting a gel pedicure at all. Spent a mere couple minutes in the room and left immediately shooing her off to X-ray (that was also not working) and referred her to another doctor who was months out. Do not use this provider for any of your medical needs! I was seen by him yesterday and he spent a total of 6 minutes with me, going over my medications and then rushing me out of the room. I requested for him to refill one medication (sleep aid), which he said he couldn't fill (weird) and would send a note to another provider. I called the following day and the pharmacy tech said that there were no notes for the request. Unprofessional. Denied an Emotional Support Animal when I have had one in the recent past. Just needed him to sign off on my dog. Don’t waste your time here
Ignorant staff that doesn't know basic laws when it comes to refilling RX. A doctor that can't diagnose psoriasis and instead would prefer to perform biopsies over and over again.
Dr. Zeranski is fantastic. He’s been my doctor for about 5 years or so. He listens attentively, is patient, and cares about what you have to say. He also doesn’t force prescriptions on you. The staff is fabulous. I absolutely love everyone in the office.
