I’ve always booked with Zularie (the owner), who is truly amazing! So I was honestly a little hesitant to try someone else for my brazilian even after reading all the great reviews about Frances. But I have to say, she completely exceeded my expectations and she was incredibly professional. Made me feel so comfortable, and did an absolutely amazing job. I was so impressed and will definitely be booking with Frances again. You can tell she was trained by the best! Highly recommend Zera Haus
