Very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable I’ll definitely be back, she also gave me some good skin care tips and did some extractions under my arms due to congestion which was a (bonus), overall Really great experience left my skin feeling smooth and refreshed

I would give 10 stars if I could! Natural redhead here who has always had problems getting my eyebrows done. They always end up too dark or too red. Never have they matched my hair color. Met with Frances and had some great conversations about what I was hoping to have in the end, and ladies she did not disappoint! I now have eyebrows that look exactly like my hair color and I've never been happier! I'm so hooked!

Every time I come I receive amazing service! I usually book with Zularie but she was unavailable, so I decided to go with Frances and I didn't regret it. She did a wonderful job and kept me laughing/comfortable the whole duration of my wax, so much so I didn't realize we were done.
